84fdb7c647 Wallpaper: added IPC to set a wallpaper 
qs -c noctalia-shell ipc call wallpaper set $path $monitor

$monitor can be a monitor name or "all" or "" to assign to all monitors.

NInputAction: create NTextInput with NButton
